Friday night I was introduced to a really great Japanese restaurant, Fortune Cookie. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box with California Rolls. Delicious!! It's nice to know that there is a good Japanese restaurant in the Southern end of the Salt Lake Valley. If you'd like to try it for yourself, it's located at 3728 West 13400 South.

Ok, so I dont think I've ever had Japanese food. I'll definitely have to give this place a shot. Thanks for the tip. I'm always up for trying new food!
I'm so glad you posted on the Fortune Cookie! I love it, it's not the BEST Japanese place out there, but I like it! I crave it! We'll have to go again some time! AND, if you really want to try new restaurants. I'm always game!!! Do you like Indian??? I know a great place!
Oh, my. That looks so fantastic! I just may have to make teriyaki chicken for dinner. Not nearly as good as this, I'm sure, but it will have to do. You've totally given me a craving now!
I love that place!!! They have great Sushi.
